For the deck, the homeowner chose CertainTeed Evernew in Ipe Tropics color. This decking is resistant to dents, scratches and decay. EverNew is covered by CertainTeed’s 25-year performance stain and fade warranty. The railing is CertainTeed Panorama brand in white color and is customizable.
